In today's Gospel, Jesus tells the parable of the workers in the vineyard.

Some worked from early morning, while others were hired later in the day. At the end, the landowner gave them all the same wage. Those who had worked all day complained, believing they deserved more.

Jesus reminds us that God’s generosity is not measured by our human standards. We can easily compare ourselves

with others and become jealous of their blessings. But God does not ask us to compete with one another. He asks us to trust in His goodness and rejoice in His generosity.

This Gospel also gives us hope: it is never too late to answer God’s call. Whether we have followed Him for many years or are only now returning to Him, His mercy and love are always available.

Let us be grateful for every blessing we receive and learn to rejoice when God blesses others. May we serve the Lord with humble and generous hearts, trusting that His ways are greater than our ways.
