Tri-Parish Catholic Community St. Ann • OLPH • Mother of Sorrows

You are welcome at St. Ann, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, and Mother of Sorrows.

From time to time, the parish may take photos or video at public parish liturgies, events, and community gatherings to share parish life, preserve parish history, and encourage others in the Catholic faith.

Our goal is to share the life of the parish while respecting the dignity, privacy, safety, and comfort of every person.

If You Prefer Not to Be Photographed

If you or your family prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please contact the parish office. We will do our best to respect your request.

No one should feel unwelcome at Mass, parish events, or community gatherings because of a photo concern.

Photos of Children and Vulnerable Adults

The parish follows Archdiocese of Oklahoma City Safe Environment and communication policies for photos, video, and identifying information involving minors and vulnerable adults.

Featured, close-up, or identifying photos of children should be used only with appropriate parent or guardian permission and in keeping with Archdiocesan policies.

The parish should not publish a child’s full name, personal contact information, or identifying details without appropriate permission.

Reverence During Mass and Adoration

Photos and video during Mass, Adoration, and other liturgies should be limited, discreet, and respectful of the sacredness of worship.

Photography should never distract from prayer, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the reception of the Sacraments, or reverence for Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

Private Pastoral Situations

The parish does not publish private pastoral care, meal support, medical, grief, financial, or family crisis situations without permission.

Website, Forms, and Social Media

This parish website may link to outside services such as online forms, giving platforms, maps, email, social media, or other Catholic resources. Those outside services are maintained by their own organizations and may have their own privacy practices.
